The cabinet features a 0.35kHz adaptive frequency modulation range. When production processes or workpieces are replaced to cause load changes, operators do not need to open the cabinet door for manual parameter modification. The system collects real-time load operating data, tracks frequency fluctuations automatically and adjusts frequency to the optimal resonant point of loads for efficient resonant operation.

When process parameters or workpiece specifications change and lead to load variations, the power system automatically completes impedance matching with external heating loads to maintain the optimal operating condition. Stable matching ensures consistent production efficiency and uniform heat treatment quality of finished workpieces, lowers equipment failure rate and improves overall stability and service life.

Output power realizes full-range stepless adjustment from 1% to 100%, supported by an integrated power-temperature linkage control system. The output power is automatically modified according to real-time workpiece temperature via closed-loop control to stabilize heating temperature and avoid overheating or insufficient heating, satisfying high-precision heat treatment requirements.

With a power factor steadily above 0.95 at output power ≥50% under all loads, no additional reactive power compensation device is required for project installation. It reduces upfront procurement cost of auxiliary equipment and long-term electricity expense caused by reactive loss. Meanwhile, it suppresses high-order harmonics, optimizes factory grid quality and improves effective power supply capacity of power distribution systems.

Under no-load / full-load status and cold / hot workpiece initial temperature conditions, the cabinet completes startup within 0.2s with 100% startup success rate. The 0.1% repeat control precision fits frequent start-stop cycles of automated production lines and guarantees consistent processing quality in mass production.
