The power supply can independently identify the load resonance state, automatically complete frequency tracking and frequency modulation calibration, and match the optimal resonance frequency of the load in real time to maintain the optimal operating condition, reduce manual commissioning costs and avoid errors caused by manual parameter adjustment.
Variable Load Adaptive Function
The equipment has a full-process load adaptive matching capability. When facing working condition changes such as production process adjustment, load weight change and workpiece temperature change, it can independently complete the dynamic matching of power supply parameters and load states. Precise Power and Temperature Control System
The IGBT Intelligent Power Supply Cabinet adopts a linked power and temperature regulation technology with a full digital automatic regulation system. The power supports 1%-100% stepless smooth adjustment without gear switching stagnation or output fluctuation. The system collects heating temperature data in real time, dynamically matches the output power, and automatically adjusts the power output according to the process temperature requirements, so as to realize accurate locking and stable control of heating temperature.
