This Parallel IGBT Power Cabinet adopts advanced digital IGBT inversion technology and multi-unit parallel power expansion design. Multiple power units operate synchronously to achieve high-power output for induction heating equipment. Equipped with an independent closed-loop water cooling system, it is integrated with complete multi-level protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and water shortage protection. The equipment runs stably with high energy conversion efficiency and strong anti-interference performance. It supports automatic frequency tracking, and can switch between constant power and constant current operating modes. The modular structure enables easy installation, maintenance and power capacity expansion. It is widely used in metal forging heating, bar through heating, quenching, tempering and other induction heating production lines, serving as an ideal high-power power supply solution for large-scale continuous thermal processing.

The equipment converts three-phase alternating current into direct current through rectifier modules. Then the IGBT inverter unit converts DC power into medium-frequency alternating current matched with the resonant load. When multiple power cabinets work in parallel, the control system realizes synchronous oscillation and automatic power distribution. It supports real-time automatic resonant frequency tracking to keep the induction heating system operating at the optimal resonance point all the time.

Two adjustable operation modes are optional: constant current mode and constant power mode, which can be switched freely according to different heating techniques for metal workpieces.
