After purchasing Large Diameter Seamless Steel Tube Induction Heating Equipment, manufacturers cannot start production directly. Pre‑supporting conditions shall be prepared in advance to ensure stable equipment operation and processing quality.
In terms of site, sufficient installation space shall be reserved for the induction main unit, transformer, induction coil and mechanical conveying mechanism. Maintenance and operation space should also be kept. The ground needs hardening treatment to bear the total weight of the whole set. Power supply shall match the rated power of equipment. Independent transformers and cables are required. Sharing circuits with other high‑power equipment shall be avoided to prevent voltage fluctuation from affecting heating performance.
Cooling system is essential. Coils and power modules generate heat during operation. A circulating cooling water system with qualified water pressure and water quality is needed to reduce scaling and component damage. Matching loading and unloading tooling shall be prepared to guarantee coaxiality of steel tube conveyance and avoid offset during processing.
Operators shall receive basic training provided by manufacturers and master standard operating procedures. With all above conditions completed, commissioning and production can be carried out.
