As highly efficient and energy-saving heating equipment, medium- and high-frequency induction heating furnaces are widely used in fields such as metal heat treatment and welding. Mastering the correct operating procedures is crucial for ensuring the equipment's normal operation and improving work efficiency.

 

1. Equipment Preparation
Before operation, inspect the induction heating unit to ensure all components-including power lines, induction coils, and the cooling system-are in good condition. Verify that there is no damage, water leakage, or electrical leakage to ensure safety during operation.

 

2. Operating Steps
Turn on the power switch to start the induction heating unit. Observe the instrument panel to confirm that all parameters are within normal ranges.

Place the metal workpiece to be heated inside the induction coil, ensuring a uniform gap between the workpiece and the coil to optimize heating efficiency.

Select the appropriate heating frequency and power settings based on the material and dimensions of the metal workpiece. These adjustments can be made using the corresponding buttons or knobs on the control panel.

Closely monitor the temperature of the metal workpiece during the heating process. Stop heating immediately once the temperature reaches the preset value to prevent damage caused by overheating.

After heating is complete, turn off the power switch and remove the metal workpiece for subsequent processing.
