An induction heating power supply is a device that generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field and transmits it to a heater to produce current, thereby heating the heating medium.

Induction heating power supplies include medium-frequency, high-frequency, and ultra-high-frequency induction heating power supplies, with frequency ranges from several hundred hertz to several megahertz, suitable for various materials and process requirements. For example, medium-frequency induction heating power supplies (1-10kHz) are commonly used in forging and quenching processes, while high-frequency induction heating power supplies (10-100kHz) are more suitable for precision heating of small parts or surface heat treatment.
