Induction heating power supplies are widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, machining, aerospace, and electronic component production. For example, in the automotive industry, induction heating is used for the quenching of gears, bearings, and other components; in the electronics industry, it is used for the melting and welding of semiconductor materials.

 

It is adaptable to processes such as tempering of steel pipes/bars, forging through-heating, metal melting, billet reheating, and quenching annealing. It can handle various ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and titanium. It can achieve precise localized surface hardening of shafts, gears, and other workpieces, and can also perform preheating and post-weld tempering of welds. Compared to traditional heating methods, it saves more than 50% on energy and reduces metal oxidation and burning loss.

 

It is suitable for processes including metal melting, forging through-heating, shaft surface hardening, weld preheating/post-weld tempering, hot assembly, and copper pipe expansion. It can also be used as a dedicated power supply for 400Hz ground power in aviation and for special industrial equipment.

 

It can be used for full-length heat tracing and insulation of oil pipelines, and can also be used for induction heating of sucker rods in heavy oil wells to reduce crude oil viscosity and improve extraction efficiency. It is also suitable for precise heating of chemical reactors and heat treatment of drill pipes.
