Several factors need to be considered when selecting induction heating power supplies, including power requirements, frequency range, heating efficiency, cooling method (water cooling or air cooling), and equipment stability and reliability. Furthermore, the degree of automation and control system are also important considerations. Modern high-end equipment is typically equipped with PLC or CNC control systems, supporting precise temperature and time control.

 

Power Parameters: The actual continuous power needs to be calculated based on the workpiece material, weight, temperature rise requirements, and production cycle. Pay attention to the difference between the instantaneous peak power specified by the manufacturer. Standard products cover power from 15kW to 10000kW, and customization is available upon request.

 

Core Components and Cooling Methods: For 200kW and above, IGBT devices are preferred; for below 100kW, MOSFET devices are optional. Water-cooled systems support 24-hour continuous operation, while air-cooled equipment requires shutdown for cooling every 20 minutes, matching the production rhythm as needed.

 

Control Accuracy: For precision applications, DC ripple control models are preferred, paired with a PLC digital control system, which can control temperature errors within 1HRC, suitable for high-precision applications such as semiconductor packaging.
