Our Tube Induction Heating Production Line is a fully automatic continuous induction heat treatment system developed for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other metal tubes and pipes. Powered by digital IGBT induction power supply, this line integrates automatic feeding, induction heating, online temperature monitoring, quenching / tempering and automatic discharging into one continuous workflow. It replaces traditional fuel furnaces and box-type resistance furnaces, delivering fast, uniform and repeatable heating quality for tube & pipe manufacturers.
The whole production line runs stably for 24-hour continuous operation. Tubes move forward at adjustable linear speed through customized induction coils. Closed-loop infrared temperature sensors track real-time temperature, guaranteeing consistent heating temperature from tube head to tail and avoiding local overheating. It is widely used for pipe annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, hot sizing and hot forming processes.
