
Product Overview
Steel Pipe Induction Heating Production Line is specially developed for thermal processing of steel pipes and tubes. It is widely used in petroleum pipeline, machinery and steel pipe manufacturing industries. Different from traditional furnace heating, induction heating heats the pipe rapidly and evenly, controlling temperature difference within ±5℃. The whole production line realizes automatic feeding, positioning, induction heating, quenching, tempering and discharging. It effectively avoids pipe deformation, cracking and uneven hardness defects, raising finished product qualification rate.
Working Principle
Steel pipes are sent into the production line by automatic feeding device. Workpieces pass through multiple induction coils in sequence. The pre‑heating segment raises temperature gradually to prevent thermal stress damage. The main heating segment quickly reaches target heat‑treatment temperature. The quenching unit performs rapid cooling. Afterwards, the tempering section carries out constant‑temperature tempering to release internal stress. Finally finished pipes are discharged automatically. Each segment can independently adjust power and speed to match different pipe specifications.
