Power Supply System

Steel Pipe Online Temperature Compensation Equipment adopts dual rectifier 12-pulse or 24-pulse power supply. The power range is 500KW-10000KW, and the operating frequency is 1000-2500HZ. A single power supply can operate independently, and multiple power supplies can work in parallel synchronously.

Feeding System
1.Each conveying shaft is driven by an independent motor and reducer.
2.Each shaft is equipped with an independent frequency converter for separate speed regulation.
3.Differential speed output can be set flexibly, and the operating speed can be controlled in sections.

Guiding System
1.Guide wheels are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel.
2.High-precision digital encoders are installed on the system.
3.Encoders automatically identify and locate the height of workpieces with different specifications.

Automatic Temperature Control System
1.It adopts Yuantuo's exclusive feedforward plus feedback combined control mode.
2.Feedforward control: The system collects inlet temperature and position data of workpieces, and automatically matches the corresponding power output.
3.Feedback control: The system collects outlet temperature data and makes secondary calibration for power values.
4.Performance index: When the inlet temperature difference of workpieces reaches 300℃, the outlet temperature difference can be controlled within ±10℃.
Formula Management Function
1.The device is equipped with a complete standardized formula management program.
2.Operators input production parameters including steel grade, outer diameter and wall thickness.
3.The system automatically calls the full set of operating parameters for the specified workpiece.
4.Manual repeated recording, searching and parameter input for different workpieces are no longer required.
