Product Application Scope
Hot Rolled Plate Heating Equipment performs intermediate-frequency preheating before steel plate hot rolling. It is applicable to raw materials including steel plates, slab blanks, cutter edge plates and engineering blade plates, serving as the pre-heating procedure prior to hot rolling forming of steel products.
Main Technical Specifications
Intermediate-frequency Power Supply System
Equipped with intelligent intermediate-frequency power supply rated at 100~4000KW and 200~8000HZ. It realizes fast and uniform heating of steel via variable-frequency intermediate-frequency induction heating. Power specifications can be customized according to customers' production capacity.
Automatic Feeding System
The feeding unit consists of roller tables and powered double pinch rolls. Each transport shaft is driven by an independent motor and reducer with a separate frequency converter. The system allows adjustable speed difference output and segmented speed control based on plate thickness and rolling processes.
Roller Electrical Isolation Structure
Custom-designed electrical isolation structure for rollers eliminates sparking and surface abrasion between workpieces and conveying rollers during heating. It reduces rejection rate of finished workpieces and extends service life of roller spare parts.
Industrial PC Control System
An industrial control console displays real-time operating parameters. It supports production data storage, record query and report printing, alongside automatic fault display and alarm functions to accelerate troubleshooting.
Formula Management System
A built-in standardized formula database automatically calls matched heating power and feeding speed after operators select steel grade and plate specifications. Manual parameter entry and lookup are eliminated to shorten model changeover time.
Energy Consumption Index
To heat steel from ambient temperature to the rolling temperature of 1150℃, power consumption stands at 330~360 kWh per ton of steel. Actual power consumption fluctuates with steel material and ambient temperature.
