Power Supply System Configuration
Slab Secondary Reheating Equipment adopts dual rectifier 12-pulse or 24-pulse power supply design, with rated power ranging from 1000KW to 12000KW and operating frequency between 500Hz and 1200Hz. The power supply supports two operation modes: single power source independent operation or multi-power-source parallel connection to satisfy production requirements of different output capacities.

Feeding Mechanical System
1.The feeding system adopts multi-shaft driving structure. Each driving shaft is separately driven by an independent motor matched with a reducer.
2.All multi-shaft assemblies are controlled by a single frequency converter to realize synchronous rotation of all drive shafts and ensure uniform and stable slab feeding speed.
Guiding Limiting System
1.Guide rollers are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel to eliminate magnetic field interference on induction heating performance.
2.The guide roller is designed with proper axial elasticity. Its axial elastic deformation can accommodate allowable bending deformation of steel slabs, preventing slab jamming and surface scratching during conveying.
Automatic Temperature Control System
1.Infrared thermometers are equipped for both quenching and tempering processes, which connect with PLC to form a closed-loop automatic temperature control system.
2.The PLC collects real-time data including initial slab temperature when entering the inductor and feeding speed, then dynamically adjusts output power automatically to keep constant slab outlet temperature before discharging.
Industrial PC Intelligent Control System
1.Real-time data display: Operation parameters and running status are displayed on screen for on-site staff to monitor working conditions.
2.Data management: The system supports memory, storage and printing of slab processing parameters for production data filing and traceability.
3.Fault linkage protection: An alarm will be triggered automatically once equipment failure occurs. Under abnormal conditions, power output drops automatically while constant furnace temperature is maintained to reduce finished product rejection rate.
