Power Supply System Configuration
Steel Billet Online Reheating Production Line is equipped with dual-rectifier 12-pulse power supply units. The single power unit ranges from 3000KW to 5000KW with an operating frequency of 500Hz-1500Hz. Multiple power sources can be operated in parallel to adjust the total output flexibly according to actual reheating load, meeting the demand of continuous heating in mass production.
Production Capacity Parameters
The hourly output of the production line is between 40 tons and 300 tons. The running speed can be adjusted based on billet dimensions and reheating processes to satisfy bulk production requirements for steel plants of different scales.
Applicable Billet Specification
It is designed for thick steel billets with thickness from 500mm to 1500mm and length ranging from 9000mm to 15000mm, dedicated to online temperature compensation of large-size heavy billets.
Feeding & Transmission System
1.Each conveying roller is driven by an independent motor matched with a reducer, adopting a multi-shaft driving layout.
2.The transmission structure can connect to customers' existing production line to realize synchronous operation of all shafts and guarantee stable billet feeding without jamming.
Guiding System
1.Guide rollers are made of non-magnetic 304 stainless steel to avoid abnormal heat generation caused by magnetic field interference.
2.The axially elastic structure of guide rollers accommodates permissible bending deformation of steel billets within tolerance, preventing scratching and blocking during feeding.
Industrial Control System
1.The control system realizes data synchronization with customers' on-site original operating system to simplify operation steps.
2.The human-machine interface displays real-time operating parameters and equipment status including power, temperature and feeding speed.
3.The system supports billet parameter recording, data storage, report printing and automatic fault alarm logging.
4.It adjusts output power automatically to maintain constant billet reheating temperature.
