Basic Technical Parameters of Complete Machine

 

1.Power supply configuration: Rated power 160–1000 KW, operating frequency 0.5–2.5 KHz.

2.Production capacity: The hourly output of Rod Heat Treatment Production Line is 0.5–3 tons.

3.Energy consumption: Adopt quenching processing, power consumption stands at 260~280 kWh per ton of finished workpiece.

Parameter Configuration of Each System

Conveying Roller System

1.Roller layout: The included angle between roller axis and workpiece axis is set at 18°~21°. Oblique V-type roller design drives workpieces to rotate automatically while moving forward for uniform circumferential heating.
2.Roller material: Rollers inside furnace adopt 304 non-magnetic stainless steel with water cooling structure to avoid deformation and magnetization under long-term high-temperature working condition.
3.Grouped control: Rollers are divided into feeding group, inductor group and discharging group with separate electrical control, ensuring gap-free continuous feeding and heating of workpieces.

Spray Cooling System

1.Structural design: Multi-stage annular spray cooling setup; pressure and flow rate of each spray ring can be adjusted independently.
2.Spraying performance: Max quenching water pressure reaches 0.3 MPa. Concentrated cooling water sprays onto workpiece surface with excellent penetration capacity.
3.Flexible adaptation: Cooling parameters can be modified according to different hardenability of raw steel to match diversified heat treatment requirements.

Closed-loop Temperature Control System

1.Hardware composition: Raytek infrared pyrometer is equipped at quenching station and connected with Siemens S7 control system to form full closed-loop temperature control loop.
2.Operating performance: Real-time workpiece temperature collection enables automatic heating power adjustment for high temperature control precision.

Industrial Control System

1.Main control setup: The whole line adopts PLC plus human-machine interaction system; variable-frequency speed regulation is equipped for overall operation speed adjustment.
2.Core functions: Supporting industrial control computer displays real-time operating data; it realizes storage, record and print of workpiece processing parameters as well as automatic fault detection and alarm.

Oblique V-type rollers reduce radial runout of workpieces. Combination of automatic rotation and high-pressure spray ensures uniform quenching layer, improves quenching efficiency and stabilizes tensile strength and toughness after tempering.
