Power Supply & Working Principle

 

The complete unit is equipped with intelligent series resonant intermediate frequency power supply control system:

  1. It receives standard 380V/660V 3-phase or 6-phase 50Hz alternating current, which is converted into direct current via rectifier components.
  2. Direct current is further converted into alternating current with specific required frequency by inverter system.
  3. Based on electromagnetic eddy current principle, steel workpieces generate heat inside themselves to achieve uniform annealing heating.

Core Structure & Manufacturing Process

Standard Manufacturing of Inductor

Inductors are produced with unified processing flow: pickling → drying → insulation treatment → casting. The inductor can sustain 1MPa pressure without leakage within 10-minute pressure holding test.

Base Frame of Inductor

The base frame is fabricated from industrial aluminum alloy profiles. Its overall dimension and center height are designed according to customer workpieces. Fine adjustment is supported to realize seamless connection between discharging station and full automatic loading/unloading production line.

Profiled Custom Design

For workpieces with asymmetric cross-section, inductors adopt profiled design, whose cross-section direction keeps consistent with matched press die cross-section.

Internal Cabinet Components

T2 copper busbars are installed inside the control cabinet after sandblasting and passivation treatment. The busbars feature low leakage inductance and strong anti-oxidation capacity to effectively reduce circuit power loss.
