Conveyor Roller Structure Design
- The axis of feed roller forms an included angle of 18°~21° with workpiece axis. Workpieces rotate automatically while moving forward at constant speed for uniform heating and consistent quenching effect.
- Furnace rollers are made of non-magnetic 304 stainless steel with water cooling structure to prevent high-temperature deformation.
- Rollers are divided into three independently controlled groups: feeding group, inductor group and discharging group. It ensures non-stop feeding without gaps between workpieces to realize continuous assembly line production.
Closed-loop Temperature Control System
- American Raytek infrared pyrometers are equipped for heating and quenching processes to build full-process closed-loop temperature control system and realize precise real-time temperature regulation.
- Reserved dedicated temperature interface for expanding external temperature control modules.

Industrial PC Management System
The equipped industrial control computer displays real-time operating parameters, stores workpiece processing data with functions of parameter memory, data archiving and report printing. It also supports automatic fault identification and early warning for convenient troubleshooting.
Operation Switch Mode
Equipped with remote control switch, supporting both automatic and manual operation modes for production commissioning and formal mass production respectively.
Simplified Operation Logic
Processing formulas for different sized workpieces are preset before factory delivery. Operators select matching formula to start production with minimal manual debugging.
Multi-protection Functions
Built-in comprehensive protection modules including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, water pressure and cooling water temperature protection. The machine will stop automatically under abnormal conditions to avoid damages on power source and workpieces.
