The full tempering production line consists of eight modular units for continuous inline heating:

Production Working Process
- Feeding: Bundled steel bars are hoisted and placed on the raw material rack by travelling crane.
- Automatic feeding: The mechanical feeder conveys single workpieces to heating station following preset production rhythm.
- Continuous quenching: Workpieces rotate and move forward on inclined rollers, heated to set quenching temperature via medium-frequency through heating, then instant spray cooling is implemented.
- Continuous tempering: Quenched workpieces directly enter tempering induction furnace for medium-frequency heating and high-temperature tempering.
- Automatic full-process control: All conveying, heating, cooling and temperature control operations after feeding run automatically via PLC system.
- Data recording: The industrial computer automatically saves, displays, records and prints operational data including equipment running status, temperature and electrical parameters.


Core Equipment Advantages
Closed-loop temperature control with automatic power adjustment
Equipped with PLC and infrared thermometry system. The system automatically adjusts power output or line travelling speed against preset quenching & tempering temperature when input voltage fluctuates, stabilizing heat treatment processes and improving finished product qualification rate. Real-time reports of temperature curves, voltage and current data can be stored for filing.
Real-time monitoring of quenching cooling conditions
The quenching spray unit is fitted with cooling water flow and water temperature monitoring modules. Automatic cooling parameter records are generated for process debugging, production traceability and quality inspection.
Uniform heating & cooling with rotating workpieces
Inclined installation of feeding and furnace rollers enables constant rotation of moving workpieces, ensuring consistent circumferential heating and spray cooling to avoid uneven hardness after heat treatment.
Energy-saving structural design
304 stainless steel is adopted for connecting-section rollers to reduce heat loss and improve power conversion efficiency, cutting unit power cost for users. Quenching and Tempering Heat Treatment Equipment effectively reduces production energy consumption via optimized structural design.
