Basic Technical Parameters
- Power supply system: The machine is equipped with air-cooled IGBT low-consumption induction heating power supply, adopting IGBT high-frequency induction heating principle for workpiece heat treatment.
- Production capacity: Hourly output ranges from 0.5t to 3.5t, applicable for workpieces with diameter between Φ20mm and Φ180mm.
- Energy consumption: Integrated heating and quenching process is adopted, with power consumption of 280~320 kWh per ton of finished workpiece.
Roller Conveying System
- Infeed roller structure: The included angle between roller axis and workpiece axis is set at 18°~21°. Workpieces rotate automatically while moving forward at constant speed for uniform heating. Rollers inside furnace body are made of non-magnetic 304 stainless steel with water cooling design to prevent high-temperature deformation and magnetization during conveying.
- Separate group control: Rollers are divided into feeding group, inductor group and discharging group with independent electric control respectively. Continuous feeding without gaps between workpieces is realized to support uninterrupted inline quenching production.
Closed-loop Temperature Control System
- Temperature measuring configuration: American Raytek infrared thermometers are installed for both heating and quenching stations to build a full-process closed-loop temperature control system.
- Control performance: Real-time surface temperature data of workpieces is collected to automatically adjust power output and moving speed, precisely stabilizing quenching temperature, hardness and hardened layer depth of finished parts.
Intelligent Control System
Industrial PC Data Management System
Real-time working parameters and running status are displayed on industrial PC; the system supports storage, memory and print of workpiece processing parameters for batch record keeping. Fault display and early warning functions are integrated to facilitate regular equipment maintenance.
HMI & PLC Automatic Control System
Human-machine interface plus full-automatic PLC intelligent control system is configured for one-button startup of entire production line. Equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, PLC is connected with heating power supply to complete automatic positioning and scanning of workpieces for full automatic production.
Functional Features of Surface Quenching Machine Tool
- Quenching modes: Numerical control technology enables four processing options: continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, segmented continuous quenching and segmented simultaneous quenching, realizing single-section or multi-section quenching for shafts, rollers and other components.
- Heating & cooling method: High-frequency IGBT induction heating with horizontal workpiece movement; coolant is sprayed directly from inductor for instant quenching cooling.
- Optional accessory: Integrated circulating cooling system for quenching liquid is available as optional configuration to realize cyclic utilization of coolant and cut material cost.
- Automatic loading & unloading: Built-in automatic feeding and discharging mechanism eliminates manual clamping operation.
- Machine frame: Profiled steel structure ensures stable mechanical performance and high automation level of the whole equipment.
