Temperature difference across the slab will cause unstable mechanical performance of finished steel plates and increase product rejection rate. Our steel plate online secondary reheating production line provides continuous online supplementary heating for thick steel slabs. The line stabilizes workpiece temperature and creates uniform thermal conditions for subsequent rolling procedures. Power Supply System
We adopt dual rectifier 12-pulse power units. Single power unit ranges from 3000KW to 5000Hz, with adjustable working frequency between 500Hz and 1500Hz. Multiple power sources can operate in parallel. Parallel layout offers flexible capacity expansion to meet different hourly output targets. The system maintains steady power output during long-term non-stop production.

Feeding System
Every roller shaft is driven by an independent motor and reducer under a multi-shaft driving structure. When integrated with your existing transmission equipment, all shafts can run synchronously. Synchronized feeding avoids slab position shifting during transportation and reduces the risk of surface scratches on steel blanks.

Guiding System
The guiding system is equipped with 304 non-magnetic stainless steel guide rollers. The rollers feature moderate axial elasticity. This design can accommodate slab bending within allowable tolerance range. It keeps steel slabs moving along the correct track and prevents jamming during conveyance.

Industrial Control System
Operators can view real-time working parameters and equipment running status. Functions include blank parameter memory, data storage and report printing. The system records equipment alarm history. It automatically adjusts power output to keep constant heating temperature and cut down manual operation work.
