Single unit power ranges from 50KW to 6000KW, with operating frequency covering 200Hz~8000Hz to satisfy diversified thermal processing demands.


Digital Control System
Equipped with DSP control system, the unit realizes high-speed phase-locked capture startup. It supports frequent start-stop operation with a 100% startup success rate. Built-in variable-frequency and variable-load adaptive program covers full frequency range of 200~8000Hz. Automatic parameter matching is completed after inductor replacement without any manual adjustment. Full touch-screen operation and fully digital parameter setting are available. The system records complete production process data and configures multi-level access authority to prevent incorrect parameter modification.
Internal Cabinet Configuration
T2 pure copper busbars with anti-oxidation treatment are applied inside the Parallel Power Supply Cabinet. Low inductance layout effectively cuts down circuit power loss and improves overall power utilization efficiency.

● Non-ferrous metal smelting: For melting copper, aluminum, brass and other non-ferrous raw materials, used in casting workshops and foundry plants.
● Steel forging heating: Preheat round steel, square billet before forging to realize uniform overall heating of workpieces.
● Bar & pipe through heating: Continuous intermediate-frequency heating for steel bar, seamless pipe before rolling or hot extrusion.
