Products Description
The Steel Bar Induction Heating Quenching and Tempering Production Line is designed for heat treatment of steel bars and other long metal workpieces. It uses induction heating for quenching and tempering, supporting continuous processing for industrial manufacturing applications.
The line integrates feeding, induction heating, conveying, cooling, and discharging systems. Equipment configuration can be selected according to workpiece dimensions, material properties, and production requirements.

Applications
This production line is suitable for heat treatment of various steel products, including:
- Steel bars
- Low-alloy steel bars
- Wind power bolts
- Anchor bolts
- Threaded rods
- Hydraulic piston rods
The final heat treatment process depends on the material grade and required mechanical properties.
Key Features
Continuous Processing
The roller conveying system moves and rotates workpieces during heating, supporting continuous production.
01
Independent Roller Control
The feeding, induction heating, and discharging sections are independently controlled to coordinate material transfer and heating.
02
Temperature Monitoring
Infrared temperature measurement and PLC-based closed-loop control help monitor and regulate the heating temperature.
03
Water-Cooled Furnace Track
The furnace track uses 304 stainless steel with water cooling. Other track sections are made of No. 45 steel with surface hardening treatment.
04
Process Monitoring
The control system supports real-time parameter display, data recording, printing, fault indication, and alarm functions.
05

Working Process
Step 1: Feeding
Steel bars enter the production line through the feeding system.
Step 2: Induction Heating and Quenching
The steel bars are heated by induction and undergo quenching according to the specified process.
Step 3: Tempering
The workpieces are reheated under controlled conditions to achieve the required material properties.
Step 4: Temperature Monitoring
Infrared temperature measurement and PLC controls help monitor the process temperature.
Step 5: Discharging
The treated steel bars are conveyed to the discharging section for subsequent handling or inspection.
