Automatic Continuous Q&T Heat Treatment Line

Induction quenching and tempering production line, also known as induction Q&T line or induction hardening and tempering line, is a continuous automatic heat treatment system built on IGBT medium frequency induction heating technology. It completes the whole process: automatic feeding, induction austenitizing heating, precision spray quenching, induction tempering, final cooling and automatic unloading in one closed production loop, replacing traditional pit furnace and trolley furnace heat treatment solutions. Different from slow bulk heating of conventional furnaces, induction heating realizes rapid, uniform penetrating heating inside metal workpieces. With closed-loop infrared temperature monitoring and adjustable multi-zone quenching spray system, the line stabilizes hardness, tensile strength and metallurgical structure while greatly reducing oxidation, decarburization and workpiece distortion rate.
