Working Principle & Production Process
The equipment adopts closed-loop PLC automatic control and electromagnetic induction heating technology, realizing full-automatic online secondary reheating with high efficiency and stability. First, the infrared temperature measurement module collects real-time temperature data of incoming square billets and transmits the data to the core PLC control system. The system automatically adjusts the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply according to the preset rolling target temperature. The induction coil quickly heats the under-temperature area of the billet through electromagnetic induction, realizing uniform temperature compensation.
After reheating, the equipment conducts secondary temperature calibration. Qualified square billets will be directly conveyed to the rolling mill through the supporting roller table. The independent circulating cooling system continuously cools the power supply and heating components, ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation of the equipment under high-load production conditions.
